The Bayou Meto Long Bell Road Farms are located in Jefferson County, Arkansas near Wabbaseka. In total there are two (2) farms for sale and both border the famous Bayou Meto Wildlife Management Area. The two tracts are within five (5) miles of each other and offer a unique opportunity to acquire income producing farms, located in an excellent waterfowl hunting area. The well is located in the southwestern corner of the property. The northeastern and eastern proeprty lines offer approximately 1/2 a mile of frontage along the Bayou Meto WMA. The property can be accessed easily via Mulberry Gearhead Road.
