Trey Morris was born and raised in eastern Arkansas. Growing up in Helena, his father introduced him to the outdoors, and he developed a passion for outdoor recreation and the region’s diverse row-crop agriculture.

Trey earned a degree in agricultural business from the University of Arkansas in 2007. After graduating, he joined a prominent transportation company in northwest Arkansas and worked there for nearly two years. Seeking a career more closely aligned with his degree, Trey earned his Series 3 registration and moved to Chicago to work in the futures industry. There, he worked as a broker for two firms focused primarily on agriculture. He also married his wife, Liz. A year later, Trey accepted a position as a grain merchandiser in North Little Rock, bringing the couple back to the South and closer to family.

After six years as a grain merchandiser, Trey combined his longtime interest in land with his agricultural experience by pursuing a career in farm and recreational real estate. He also founded a crop-marketing and consulting firm, which he still owns and operates. His experience across multiple sectors of the agricultural industry provides a strong foundation for his work with Lile Real Estate. Trey is a licensed real estate sales associate in Arkansas and Mississippi, specializing in agricultural and rural land. Outside of work, he is an avid sportsman who enjoys spending time outdoors. Trey lives in Oxford, Mississippi, with his wife, Liz, and their daughter, Mae Louise.
