Trey Morris was born and raised in eastern Arkansas. While growing up in his hometown of Helena, he was introduced to the outdoors by his father and developed a passion for both the outdoors and the diverse row crop agriculture of eastern Arkansas.

Trey graduated college in 2007 with a degree in Agricultural Business from the University of Arkansas. Immediately upon graduation, he began working for a well-known transportation company in northwest Arkansas and remained there for close to two years. Wanting to focus more on a career that was linked to his degree, Trey decided to obtain his Series 3 license which opened the door for an opportunity to work in the futures industry in Chicago. During his time as a futures broker in Chicago, he worked with two firms that focused primarily on agriculture. While living in Chicago, he married his wife, Liz. A year after getting married, Trey accepted a job as a grain merchandiser in North Little Rock, AR, which brought them back South and closer to family.

Trey has always had a great interest in real estate, particularly land. After six years working as a grain merchandiser, he decided to pursue a career in farm and recreational real estate, along with founding a crop marketing and consulting firm, which he currently owns and operates. His experience in different sectors of agriculture has given him a solid platform for his career with Lile Real Estate. Focused on agriculture and rural land, Trey currently holds a Sales Associate license in both Arkansas and Mississippi. Outside of work, he is an avid sportsman and enjoys spending time outdoors. He currently lives in Oxford, MS with his wife, Liz, and daughter, Mae Louise.
