Sindy Cruthis joined Lile Real Estate in 1997 and serves as the firm’s office administrator and property manager. She holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and is a licensed real estate agent with extensive experience in property and portfolio management.

Sindy plays an essential role in keeping the firm’s operations organized and its workload moving efficiently. Raised in the farming and hunting community surrounding Stuttgart, Arkansas, she has a thorough understanding of the firm’s market and clients. Sindy was married to the late Bill Cruthis, who farmed his family’s land for 14 years. She has a son, Trey; a daughter-in-law, Leah; and five grandchildren. Sindy lives in Sheridan, Arkansas, and enjoys SASS shooting competitions, horseback riding, deer hunting, and spending time with her family.
