Sindy Cruthis came to work for Lile Real Estate in 1997 and serves as the firm’s office administrator and property manager. She is a licensed RPA (Real Property Administrator) and has been a property/portfolio manager and licensed real estate agent for over 18 years.

Sindy is the critical link in keeping the workload flowing and organized for the firm. She grew up in the farming and hunting environment surrounding Stuttgart, Arkansas and fully understands the market space and clientele of the firm. Sindy is married to Bill Cruthis who farmed family land for 14 years. She has a son, Trey, a daughter-in-law, Leah, and three grandchildren, Ryanne, Drake and Reese. Sindy lives in Sheridan, Arkansas and enjoys SASS shooting competitions, horseback riding, deer hunting, and spending time with her family.
