The property is comprised of 439± tillable acres, of which 332± acres are irrigated by two (2) six-inch diesel turbine wells, two (2) eight-inch diesel turbine wells, three (3) five-span pivots and one (1) seven-span pivot. The irrigated ground has historically been planted in corn or soybeans, with the remaining non-irrigated acreage planted in wheat and soybeans. Padgett Island Road runs north to south bisecting the farm and offers excellent access to the property. The property is currently operating on a 25% crop share lease to Chad Treadway Farms.
