The property consists of two (2) tracts in the Big Bayou Meto flyway with the south tract having approximately 6,000 feet of frontage along Big Bayou Meto. The southern tract features 260± acres of impounded green timber in four (4) total impoundments that can all be artificially flooded. The northern tract consists of 87± acres and features a 16± acre stocked fishing reservoir with two boat slips and a large deck. Located on the north side of the reservoir is a beautiful lodge built in 2015 and features a master suite, four (4) bedrooms with four (4) full bathrooms, and offers stunning views to the west, south, and east.
