A lifelong Central Arkansas resident, Jeryl Jones grew up in Conway, Searcy and Cabot and now lives in Humnoke. His parents instilled in him a strong faith and a love of the outdoors—values that have guided both his family life and his career. A Cabot High School graduate, Jeryl attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe and the University of Arkansas, where he played defensive tackle under coaches Lou Holtz and Ken Hatfield.

Jeryl spent twelve and a half years as a biologist with the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission and later served as the National Wild Turkey Federation’s regional director for Arkansas. He later founded Arkansas Fish & Wildlife Management, Inc., a consulting firm serving private hunting and fishing clubs across the state. He also manages a prominent Arkansas duck club during the winter months. That hands-on experience in habitat management, along with his relationships throughout the outdoor community, gives Jeryl a perspective on agricultural and recreational land.

Jeryl joined Lile Real Estate as a sales associate in 2012. He and his wife, Cynthia, a Stuttgart native, have three children: Megan, Jacob and Rachel. Their family is active in Macedonia Baptist Church, and Jeryl enjoys turkey hunting, bowhunting, duck hunting and fishing.
