Jeryl Jones is a life-long resident of Central Arkansas, he grew up in Conway, Searcy and Cabot, and now resides in Humnoke, Arkansas. Growing up, his parents instilled in him Christian values and an appreciation of the outdoors. He is an alumnus of Cabot High School, the University of Louisiana at Monroe, and the University of Arkansas where he played defensive tackle under coaches Lou Holtz and Ken Hatfield.

After college, Jeryl began a twelve and a half year career as a biologist for the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. He also served as Arkansas’ Regional Director for the National Wild Turkey Federation before founding Arkansas Fish & Wildlife Management, Inc. (“AFWM”), a fisheries and wildlife consulting firm. For the past eight years AFWM, has serviced many of the most prestigious private hunting and fishing clubs in Arkansas. During the winter months, Jeryl also manages one of Arkansas’ most renowned duck clubs for an Arkansas-based Fortune 500 company.

Jeryl’s experience and valuable network of people make him a perfect match for the agricultural and recreational real estate markets. So in the spring of 2012, he joined the team at Lile Real Estate, Inc. as a sales associate on a part time basis. Jeryl is married to the former Cynthia Brown of Stuttgart and are the parents of three children, Megan, Jacob, and Rachel. Their family life revolves around Macedonia Baptist Church, high school athletics and activities, and outdoor sports. Jeryl’s interests include turkey hunting, bow hunting, duck hunting, and fishing.
