Gardner Lile was raised in Benton, Arkansas, and graduated from Benton High School. Growing up, he spent much of his free time with his father in Arkansas’s Prairie and Delta regions, where he developed a keen interest in agricultural and recreational land and its investment potential. His love of the land brought him back to Little Rock, where he joined Lile Real Estate, Inc. in the spring of 2014. Before joining the company, Gardner studied at the University of Arkansas and earned a degree in finance with a minor in accounting.

Over the past decade, Gardner has led numerous investment groups in acquiring unimproved farms and recreational properties and developing them for agricultural production and enhanced hunting opportunities—improvements that can increase asset values. His personal and business investments in land give him firsthand experience with financing and managing improvement projects, enabling him to better assist clients with the acquisition or sale of rural real estate.

Gardner is a Life Sponsor of Delta Waterfowl and Ducks Unlimited and a member of the Arkansas Outdoor Society. He is also an active member of Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church in Little Rock. His interests include duck hunting, bowhunting, and golf. Gardner lives in Little Rock with his wife, Leah, and their two children.
