Gardner Lile was raised in Benton, Arkansas and graduated from Benton High School. Growing up he spent a lot of his free time with his dad on the Arkansas Prairie and Delta where he developed a keen interest for agricultural and recreational lands, and the investment attributes of both. This love of the land is what brought him back to Little Rock, Arkansas to work for Lile Real Estate, Inc. in the spring of 2014. Prior to joining the team, Gardner studied at the University of Arkansas and graduated with a degree in finance and a minor in accounting.

Over the last ten years, Gardner has led numerous investment groups to acquire unimproved farms and recreational properties and to develop them for agricultural production and improved hunting opportunities, both of which increase asset values. His personal and business investments in land allow him to better assist clients when they are acquiring or exiting rural real estate, drawing on his direct experience with financing and overseeing improvement projects.

Gardner is a life sponsor of both Delta Waterfowl and Ducks Unlimited, in addition to being a member of the Arkansas Outdoor Society. He is an active member of the Holy Souls Catholic Church in Little Rock. Gardner’s interests include duck hunting, bow hunting, and playing golf. Gardner and his wife, Leah, and their two children live in Little Rock.
