Gardner Lile was raised in Benton, Arkansas and graduated from Benton High School. Growing up he spent a lot of his free time with his dad on the Arkansas Prairie and Delta where he developed a passion for agricultural and recreational lands. This love of the land is what brought him back to Little Rock, Arkansas to work for Lile Real Estate, Inc. in the spring of 2014 after graduating from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Finance and a minor in Accounting.

While in college, Gardner was an intern with Colliers International in their Bentonville, Arkansas office, was member of Beta Gamma Sigma, and the Sigma Chi fraternity. Gardner also served on the Delta Waterfowl and National Wild Turkey Federation collegiate committees. Gardner’s interests include duck hunting, bow hunting, and playing golf. Gardner and his wife Leah currently live in Little Rock.
