Craig Bonsall joined Lile Real Estate in 2026. Craig graduated from Norphlet High School in Union County and attended the University of Central Arkansas, playing baseball from 1997-2000 and graduating with a degree in Accounting and Finance. Craig is the CFO of Walker Energy, an oil and gas operator in South Arkansas and North Louisiana. Prior to Walker, he served in Investor Relations for Murphy Oil Corporation, and worked as a commercial lender for First Financial Bank.

His childhood was spent outdoors playing sports, fishing and hunting most things, but he developed a keen interest for ducks early at Felsenthal National Wildlife Refuge where his family has had a camp for fifty years. In 2010, he started duck hunting in east central Arkansas and this special interest in ducks expanded from hunting to land and resource management. Over the last 15 years, Craig has overseen the acquisition, development and divestment of several recreational properties in the Grand Prairie, White River and Cache River bottoms, as well as, the piney woods of South Arkansas. This experience in recreational real estate investment combined with a career in managing financial relationships provides invaluable background that will allow Craig to provide excellent advice and service to his clients.

Craig has been married to Amanda for 25 years and have two daughters Madilyn and Marleigh. They live in Norphlet and are active members of First Baptist Church in El Dorado where Craig serves as a deacon.
