Collier Watkins joined Lile Real Estate, Inc. in the spring of 2025 after completing a successful internship with the firm in the summer of 2024. Raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, Collier spent his weekends exploring the state and enjoying its many outdoor opportunities. He attended Catholic High School before earning a degree in agricultural business from the University of Arkansas, where he was an active member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. Real estate is in Collier’s DNA: he comes from a multigenerational family that has been involved in the industry since the 1930s, with a legacy rooted in warehousing and property development throughout Arkansas.

Passionate about land, people, and the outdoors, Collier is committed to helping clients find the right property—whether for recreation, investment, or building lasting memories. He understands that land represents more than acreage; it offers opportunity, encourages stewardship, and supports a way of life.

When he is not working with clients, Collier can often be found in the field or on the water—duck hunting, deer hunting, fishing, or paddling one of Arkansas’s many scenic rivers.
