Collier Watkins joined Lile Real Estate, Inc. in the spring of 2025, following a successful internship with the firm during the summer of 2024. Collier grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas, and spent his weekends traveling the state pursuing the many outdoor opportunities Arkansas offers. He attended Catholic High School before earning a degree in Agricultural Business at the University of Arkansas, where he was an active member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. Real estate is in Collier’s DNA. He comes from a multi-generational family deeply rooted in real estate since the 1930s, with a legacy centered on warehousing and property development across Arkansas.

Passionate about land, people, and the outdoors, Collier is committed to helping others find their ideal piece of property—whether it’s recreational, investment-grade, or a place to build lasting memories.
