Brandon Stafford joined Lile Real Estate, Inc. in the spring of 2004 and quickly established himself in the acquisition and sale of agricultural, recreational, and timberland properties. He holds a degree in marketing from the University of Arkansas at Monticello and brings a lifetime of firsthand experience to rural real estate.

Brandon grew up on a farm that has been in his family for more than 160 years, with the original deed dating to July 1, 1859. He purchased his first farm in the fall of 2006, beginning a series of investments that has grown into a personal land portfolio comprising row-crop farmland, timberland, and property enrolled in conservation programs. This ownership experience has given him practical knowledge of the land-development process, including land leveling, irrigation improvements, water-conservation practices, wetland habitat construction, timber thinning, and reforestation.

Through these experiences, Brandon has developed a keen eye for assessing rural land and recognizing its full potential. His insight directly benefits clients, whether he is negotiating the purchase or sale of a property or developing an improvement plan. Brandon has enjoyed many types of hunting throughout North and South America, from Canada to Argentina, but he is particularly fond of Arkansas green-timber duck hunting. He and his wife, Anne, have two children, Olivia Grace and Addison Kate.
