Brandon grew up on a farm that has been in his family for over 162 years, with the original deed dating back to July 1, 1859. In the fall of 2006 Stafford purchased his first farm. This initial purchase has led to multiple transactions with his personal land ownership portfolio consisting of row crop farmland, timberland and lands enrolled in conservation programs. This ownership has provided him first-hand knowledge of the land development process from land leveling, implementing of irrigation improvements, water conservation practices, construction of wetland habitat, timber thinning and reforestation practices.
Through these experiences, he has developed a keen eye for valuing and estimating the full potential of raw rural lands. This directly correlates to the benefits that his clients receive when working with him – whether it be through contract negotiations for the purchase or sale of a property or implementing a development / improvement plan. He has enjoyed all types of hunting from Canada to Argentina, but is particularly fond of “Arkansas Green Timber” duck hunting. Brandon and his wife, Anne, have two children, Olivia Grace and Addison Kate.
